I am an artesan, I love to make things with my hands. I deeply enjoy intuitive painting and weaving dream catchers. I learnt that my hands are extentions of my heart and the way my soul expresses and process information, conscious and unconscious.
I have been walking and learning the teachings of the Red Path since 2019 through the Moon Dance circle here in Costa Rica, also known as Shamanic path which involves relating to the elements and all of life in a sacred way, understanding clearly that everything has a heart and a spirit. This teachings inspire me to do everything “for the highest good of all my relations”.
This is my offering, I make sure that every session with me carries the powerful intention of guiding you to remeber you are sacred and that the gift of this human experience inplies relating to everything and every one in a sacred way. This practices will lead you sistematicaly to unlock the infinite wisdome that recides already withing your heart.
I am a yoga instructor, reiki practitioner, ceremonialist and artesan.
I have many passions and resources!
Yoga, Reiki, communicating with mother nature and holding sacred space in ceremony are the things that I am the most pasionate about, and that I am proud to share with the people in my life .

let me walk you through my journey
I am from Costa Rica and I was raised in beautiful Brasilito beach.
I spent all my childhood playing on the beach, climbing trees and eating fresh lobster and red snapper caught by my father and lovinly cooked by my mother. I always knew the ocean was our provider, it gives us food, work and its beauty.
With the most amazing parents holding space for my growth, I was always happy jumping around, playing in the rain and the beacgh and falling from trees trying to pick up their fruit breaking bones a few times. Mother nature’s beauty, abundance and joy were my source of inspiration and love, and still are. There are some sad and dark memories from my childhood like in everyone’s story, those I keep transmuting with compassion and grace with the determination to unpack all their gifts and teachings.
I can feel the guidance and creativity of the earth flowing through me in every session and every aspect of my work with clients.
I went to public schools to get my academic education, I was obligated to practice catholicism until the age of 18 when I was free to choose my own spiritual path. I say “obligated” because at a very young age I clearly saw their perspective did’nt feel good in my body. I graduated as a nurse from univercity, through that branch of education I learned all about healing from the traditional medicine schools and pharamaceutica.
Yoga philosophy found me at the age of 18, it acted as the catalizer for my growth and it marked the beginning of my journy to restore balance in my mind, my body, and in my sense of awe by reminding me I am a pure expression of love.
It was beautiful! Once in a lifetime experience. Thank you so much, Marian.

ROOTED in Authenticity & from my Heart I SHARE my HOME and resources with YOU.
As a child I was always intuitively in tune with the spirit of the earth.
I am grateful to know that feeling of oneness with the earth and the elements. This profound knowing led me all my life to study the teachings of ancient civilizations like the Essenes, Egyptians and the Mayans. I learned to pray and live in a way that is respectful and loving to the spirt of our earth, my ancestors and the great mystery of life. I had to remember to be humble and recognize that I am an instrument of love and that all wisdome, light, joy and power comes from the divine source. This stand point allows me to approach every person with the most profound respect and appretiation.
Just like rivers flow inevitably to the ocean, I was guided to encounter the Red Path.
A path that taught me how to purposely work with the spirt and power of all that exist that I am able to percive, to honor the sacred feminine presense and to worship it within me, it thought me the power of ritual in my life, the magic of ceremonial spaces and most importantly to take my place on this earth and to live this human life with disgnity and to let everybody to take their place to embody with grace and majesty the great spirit that resides within them.
It was on this path that I learned to embrace my shadows, to adore my most mistirious darkness and to bring them to the surface to me alchemised by my loving presense. And it is my responsability to be a way shower to those who are ready and resonate with this ways of rememebering their sacred self, beacuse I know that when we rememeber we will stop harming ourselves, each other and the earth.
